Another horror story about BCSS

I bought my store 2 years ago and went the cheap way....Best Consignment shop software. Bcss. From day 1 I hated it. I got excuses after excuses from them. It was struggling because of my Vista on my computer. That was when I could actually get hold of them. My shop was growing by leaps and bounds and I still had all my employees handwrite everything because the system never seemed to work. I could make it work, but to try and explain my ways to employees was impossible. After a year and a half I called uncle and went in search of a different software program. I still didn't want to pay much because I was still stinging from paying for BCSS and not having it ever work right. I am computer literate, my husband is a computer genius and he used to shake his head at the BCSS program.
